A company that says it is on a mission to help organisations across the world improve staff performance and unify their culture has launched a product it says will ‘help human resource (HR) leaders deliver best-practice employee feedback’.
The company, StaffCircle, says its module that is known as 360 Degree Feedback is powered by Microsoft Azure and that it and offers HR leaders a powerful new way to design and execute a feedback-based performance management system.
